The streets all around have come alive with new residents and businesses as dramatic changes occur in Midtown West and the surrounding area:
Midtown West has started construction and renovation of the Brickworks buildings. This 140,000 SF adaptive reuse development consists of retail, entertainment and commercial uses. We plan to start delivering space for occupancy in the second quarter of 2006.
Wood Partners 1016 Lofts is fully occupied at Howell Mill and 10th Street with Chow Baby restaurant and Slice Pizza adding to the areas restaurant selection. Located one block north of Midtown West this urban residential development includes 265 mid rise luxury apartments and street level retail.
Kim King and Associates has completed the Technology Housing project, just west of Midtown West.
Brickworks is pleased to be working with Sperry Van Ness-Dekalb Realty for leasing of the development. Leading the effort for Sperry Van Ness is Matthew J. Levin, CCIM with over ten years experience leasing in-town alternative commercial environments. According to Matthew Levin, "Sperry Van Ness is excited to be involved with this development. Brickworks' vision will transform the location."
