Website - a highly useful website at www.atlagent.com with all the tools you will need to find your dream home. Our website also provides prime Internet exposure to your home when you sell. This website was built by me and can be updated at a moment's notice.
Blog - Our blog at www.atlagentintown.com keeps you informed of New Developments around Atlanta
Group Blog - Our other blog at www.homeinatl.com gives you tips, advice and other information about the Atlanta area.
Listingware - Our Listings Search tool that lets you direclty search the FMLS system yourself. Listingware is one of the premier providers and provides a great searching product.
Color Printer - for color printing of flyers, listing sheets, and anything else we might need without having to go to a printer.
It Touch Today - a system to send out newsletters via the mail system to keep you up to date (and entertained)
Sharper Agent - an automated e-mail system to help us keep in touch with you and keep you informed.
Domain Names - we have secured some great domain names and will secure your address as a domain name when you list with us.
Craigslist - We use craigslist.org (an online classifed system) to advertise properties and open houses.
High Quality Digital SLR Camera - We realize that importance of good photos to showcase your home. A recent study by the National Association of Realtors revealed that 78 percent of Internet home searchers found photos very useful. Some people will even disregard listings without photos. With this in mind we have invested in a Nikon D40 with an Ultra Zoom Lens to showcase your home at it's best.
Agent Database - We have accumulated a huge agent database so we can "blast" your property's flyer out to a big audience when your home is listed with us.
Virtual Tours - Using Sharper Agent software, we are able to create a beautiful Virtual Tour of your property with it's own website address that you can give to your friends.
